Well match making isnt that great in this game, or any wargaming games tbh, but what u can do is try to not put yourself in bad situations, if when you get seen your back to port that means u position yourself away from your team and within line of sight of the enemy team, making you have 0 support and the enemy team having clear line of sight on you.
